    Qualification :

    Requirements :

    Customer Relationship Management Team :

    1. Senior Officer, Key Account Management


    Qualification :

    • At least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field

    Job Description :

    • Manage responsible accounts: provide after-sales support, promptly respond to any inquiries from customers.
    • Regularly analyse data and provide monthly report.
    • Collaborate with Customers and various department in developing a new project.
    • Handling invoices and AR issue.
    • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

    Requirements : 

    • Good command in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.
    • At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Required Skills: Sales and closing skills, Independence of sales. planning, presentation skills, report writing, cold-calling, able to follow up sales.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc).
    • Possess own transport, valid driving license and willing to travel.
    • Analytical, resourceful, organised, meticulous, responsible, excellent problem-solving skill and committed in meeting deadlines.
    • Excellent communication with the ability to interact well at all levels.
    1. Senior Officer, Customer Support

    Qualification :

    • At least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field

    Job Description :

    • Respond to incoming inquiries from customer and internal stakeholder.
    • Assist in resolving matter involving undelivered shipment and urgent shipment.
    • Coordinate with Operations Team on shipment matter.
    • Maintain accurate record on incoming inquiries.
    • Regularly analyse data and provide monthly report to respective customer.

    Requirements : 

    • Good command in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.
    • At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc).
    • Excellent in communication & decision-making skills.
    • Individual who is hard-working, cheerful and very responsible with work and other teams.

    IT Support Team :

    1. Executive, System Support

    Qualification:

    • At least a Degree in any IT related field.

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for day-to-day IT support and system administration.
    • Manage and deploy solutions involving a variety of technologies, including Email Server, router, switches, firewall, WIFI and CCTV.
    • Manage network and server environments virtually and allies with existing vendor.
    • Install physical network, server and desktop equipment.
    • Manage, maintain and upgrade existing and desktops if required.
    • Solve all the technical problems including desktop viruses, software deployments, server and desktop hardware issues and software problems.
    • Manage technology projects including coordinating internal and external resources.
    • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software & network problems related to company’s infrastructure.
    • Work with vendors to implement the business application and resolve any issue or problems.
    • Familiarise with system and give training.
    • Other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
    • Able to assemble / troubleshoot PC / Notebook, Windows Operating System and Microsoft based applications.
    • Able to install, configure, diagnose, troubleshoot, support and maintain, LAN/WAN network as well as hardware such as PC, notebook, mobile phone and telephone system.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, Operating Systems, back-up and Recovery systems.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, ability to work independently, as well as being a good team player.
    • Excellent communication skills and able to build relationship with vendors.
    • Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Warehouse Team :

    1. Executive, Warehouse

    Qualification:

    • At least a Diploma in Warehouse/Logistics/Business Management.

    Job Description:

    • Responsible on the overall warehouse management, logistics and administration.
    • To manage and coach the warehouse and logistic team to ensure smooth daily activities and accuracy in receiving, storage, retrieval, picks, delivery and distribution.
    • To manage transporter and ensuring goods are deliver to the customers on a timely basis.
    • To prepare warehouse and logistic analysis report such as delivery analysis, picking and packing analysis, and others on time and accurate.
    • To ensure proper documentations.
    • To manage, monitor, recommend and implement re-corrective process and procedure to reduce any potential misappropriation of inventory.
    • To responsible for stock count & variance report back to Management with constructive action to reduce recurring variance.
    • To plan stock layout and space management.
    • To ensure warehouse goods and facilities are well maintained in accordance to safety measures at all times.
    • Practice and ensure 5’s in the warehouse.
    • To cultivate team work spirit.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of working experience in warehouse and candidates with similar experience in 3PL warehouse will be an added advantage.
    • Able to work independently with less supervision.
    • Able to plan, result driven and strong leadership skill.
    • Computer literate and at least intermediate level in Microsoft Excel.
